The 2024+ Yamaha MT-09 Comfort Seat has been a rider favourite since launch, but now we’ve taken comfort and fitment to the next level. Alongside our comfort seat covers, we now offer a completely new comfort seat unit + trim option, pairing our handmade seat trims and comfort foam layers with a softer moulded foam similar to the Yamaha comfort seat. This is hands-down the most comfortable seat upgrade available for the new-gen MT-09, crafted from the ground up for riders who expect more from their daily ride.

Tailored Comfort for Every Rider

Our goal has always been simple, make the MT-09 seat something you'll actually enjoy sitting on. Our trim-only option improves comfort by increasing the foam thickness without adding bulk. Now, our Comfort Seat Unit + Trim option goes even further, pairing a moulded Kelpi seat pan with multi-layered comfort foam shaped for your individual weight and height.

Inside the new seat unit, you’ll find our new comfort seat foam core, plus our custom density mid and top-layer foams that you find on our trim only option, refined over thousands of builds and countless feedback from our customers. The result? A seat that feels plush when you want it and supportive when you need it, whether you're a featherweight or on the heavier side.

Compared to Yamaha’s factory foam, our moulded layers provide a much more premium feel, paired with an additional 24mm comfort insert for long distance plushness.

Comfort Options

Trim Only:

• Keep your factory seat pan and install our comfort trim yourself or with a local upholsterer.

• Includes a dual-density 12mm comfort foam stitched into the rider’s seat and a 12mm mid-layer adhered to the base, providing 24mm of custom foam set up to your height and weight.

• Best for riders wanting to utilise their stock seat units, with cheap shipping and straight-forward video tutorials for fitment.

New Seat Unit + Trim:

• Includes a brand new set of Kelpi comfort seat units for rider and pillion, fully assembled with your chosen trim in-house.

• The ultimate comfort upgrade for your MT-09, combining a foam base similar to Yamaha’s comfort seat, with our made-to-measure mid and top-layer foams tailored to your dimensions.

Fitment & Installation

Our trims are designed for easy installation and can be fitted at home using an air-powered 6mm staple gun or by a local upholsterer. We always encourage supporting local businesses, as an experienced upholsterer can provide a flawless installation while ensuring your seat is fitted for long-term durability. Shipping & Custom Options

Sold as a two-piece set (rider and pillion seat), replacing the stock covers. We ship worldwide with packaging designed to prevent creasing or damage in transit.
